Eclipse OSGi: org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Could not find bundle: unknown

Some people suggested adding -Dosgi.console.enable.builtin=true to the VM arguments to overcome the previously mentioned console not found error. I did that but I ended up with the following:

!MESSAGE Could not find bundle: unknown
!STACK 0
org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Could not find bundle: unknown

Any one knows how to fix this? This is in Eclipse Luna version.

OSGi development in Eclipse: Could not find bundle: org.eclipse.equinox.console

I noticed this in Eclipse Luna (J2EE). The fix is to add the following in your run configurations-Bundles tab:

org.apache.felix.gogo.command_0.10.0v<version>.jar
org.apache.felix.gogo.runtime_0.10.0v<version>.jar
org.apache.felix.gogo.shell_0.10.0v<version>.jar
org.eclipse.equinox.console_1.0.100<version>.jar

You don’t need anything else besides your bundle and the above four bundles to get to console in Eclipse.
