jQuery ajax request cancelled by browser

This usually happens if there is a call to another url while waiting for the Ajax call to complete. The browser would cancel the Ajax request and move to a new page. So you much cancel the click event using e.preventDefault or return false in the click handler. You can use Fiddler’s breakpoints to analyze the browser traffic.
